When events are hosted on a military installation or controlled-access facility, participant information may be shared only when required by the hosting command authority, installation security, or governing agency for access, vetting, or entry authorization.

Information shared is limited to what is specifically requested and used solely for security and access purposes.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to:

  • Fulfill operational and administrative requirements

  • Support refund exception verification as outlined in the Refund Policy

Once no longer required, information is securely deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

Merchandise & Refund Policy Alignment

  • Event tickets are non-refundable except for verified military orders
