Refund Policy

Event Refund Policy

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued for any reason, except as expressly stated below.

Tickets may be transferred or resold at the purchaser’s discretion. Any transfer or resale is conducted solely between the original purchaser and the new ticket holder. Black Squadron Airsoft does not facilitate, endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for any secondary ticket transactions and is not responsible for disputes, losses, or fraud arising from such transactions.

Military Orders Exception

Refunds will be considered only for active-duty military personnel who receive official orders that directly conflict with the event date.

To be eligible:

  • Official military orders must be provided as documentation

  • Orders must clearly prevent attendance at the scheduled event

All refund requests under this exception are subject to verification and approval at the sole discretion of Black Squadron Airsoft.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This refund policy, and any dispute arising from or relating to event registration, ticket purchases, or participation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action or proceeding shall be in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this refund policy in full.

Merchandise Sales

All Black Squadron Airsoft merchandise sales are final. Merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, buyer preference, or wear. Black Squadron Airsoft is not responsible for errors made by the purchaser during the ordering process. Please review product details carefully prior to completing your purchase.

Event Date Change & Venue-Driven Refund Policy

In the event that an event date must be rescheduled due to venue requirements, including but not limited to military training schedules, operational needs, or installation-directed changes, Black Squadron Airsoft reserves the right to modify the event date.

Event Ticket Refunds for Rescheduled Events

If an event date is changed due to venue or host requirements and a registered participant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, the participant may request a refund of the event ticket purchase price only.

To qualify:

  • The request must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the reschedule notification

  • The refund applies only to the event ticket

Travel & Lodging Disclaimer

Black Squadron Airsoft is not responsible for and will not reimburse any travel-related expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Transportation

  • Lodging

  • Meals

  • Equipment rentals

  • Time off work or other personal expenses

Participants are solely responsible for making travel arrangements at their own risk.

 

Limitations

 

Refunds under this policy apply only when an event is rescheduled due to venue or host requirements. This policy does not override:

  • The standard no-refund policy for voluntarily missed events

  • The military orders exception

  • Any other terms outlined in the Event & Merchandise Refund Policy

Governing Law

 

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in Texas state or federal courts.
