By accessing or using this Website, registering for events, purchasing tickets or merchandise, or participating in community features, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this Website.

 

1. General Use of the Website

This Website is provided for informational, commercial, and community engagement purposes related to airsoft events, ticket sales, merchandise, and member interaction.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly.

 

2. Events, Tickets, and Participation

 

2.1 Event Participation

Black Squadron events are recreational airsoft activities conducted in dynamic, realistic, and immersive environments.

By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation involves inherent risks, including physical injury, emotional distress, or property damage.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • You are responsible for complying with all event rules, safety requirements, age restrictions, and local, state, and federal laws.

  • You may be required to execute a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

  • Failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

Black Squadron reserves the right to deny entry, remove participants, or modify event conditions at its discretion.

 

2.2 Ticketing and Registration

  • All event tickets are sold on a per-person basis and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

  • Tickets may be non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in event policies.

  • Event dates, times, locations, and formats are subject to change.

  • Black Squadron reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events for safety, weather, operational, or administrative reasons.

 

2.3 Content Exposure Disclaimer (Events)

Due to the nature of immersive airsoft events and open-community participation, attendees may be exposed to:

  • Foul or offensive language

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Sexual references or gestures

  • Partial nudity

Black Squadron Airsoft LLC will take reasonable steps to mitigate inappropriate behavior, but cannot guarantee that such conduct will not occur.

Participants acknowledge and accept this possibility as a condition of attendance.

Any individual found violating event rules, safety policies, or applicable laws will be subject to appropriate corrective action, including removal from the event and potential permanent bans.

 

3. Merchandise and Online Shop

All merchandise is sold by Black Squadron Airsoft LLC.

  • Products are sold “as is,” unless otherwise stated.

  • All sales are final unless a return policy is explicitly provided.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Black Squadron is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party vendors or carriers.

  • Product appearance may vary due to manufacturing processes.

Black Squadron reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.

 

4. Membership and Community Forum

 

4.1 Membership

Website membership is free and grants access to forums, group chats, and other community features.

By registering, you agree:
